Terms of Service

Last updated: May 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mockonline platform ("Service"), operated by Mockonline Tecnologia Ltda. ("mockonline", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("User") declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms.

1. Registration and account

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or legally emancipated) and provide true, complete and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for activities performed under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@mockonline.com.br.

2. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the Service to:

  • Host illegal, offensive, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights;
  • Distribute malware, phishing, spam or any malicious content;
  • Perform attacks, massive scraping, reverse engineering or attempt to bypass technical limits;
  • Serve critical production traffic — mockonline is intended for development and testing;
  • Resell the Service without express written authorization.

3. Plans, payments and cancellation

We offer Free and Pro plans. The Pro plan is billed monthly via credit card or recurring Pix. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle, with no prorated refund, unless required by law. Price increases will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, brand, logo, source code, design and documentation are the exclusive property of mockonline. You retain all rights to the content (schemas, responses, descriptions) you submit to the Service — granting us only the non-exclusive license necessary to operate the platform.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice in serious cases. You may terminate your account at any time — 30 days after termination we will remove your data, except records we are required to keep by law (e.g. billing records for 5 years, per Brazilian Tax Code).

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from misuse of the Service.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen to resolve any disputes, waiving any other, however privileged.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes tacit acceptance.
